Overview

FleetPilot is Rainbow Infotech's multi-tenant Progressive Web App for vehicle maintenance. Each company works in its own tenant, with its own vehicles, drivers, vendors, service history, expenses, fuel, and reminders. Signed-in users review fleet KPIs on the dashboard and export tenant reports to Excel or PDF.

Features

• Vehicle master

  The vehicle list is the fleet register for the signed-in company. It shows registration number, type, make and model, fuel, odometer, insurance date, and status, and it states how many vehicles the current membership allows.

• Maintenance entries

  A maintenance entry records a service against a vehicle, including the service date, maintenance type, odometer, and total. The list is the service history for the current tenant.

• Reports

  Reports are server-side, tenant-isolated lists for maintenance, expenses, fuel, mileage, and document expiry. Each report can be opened from the catalog; list screens in the app also export Excel and PDF.
