Overview

OrderFlow is a multitenant order-booking app for a manufacturer, its distributors, and its sales reps. A sales rep, distributor, or manufacturer admin picks a retailer, adds item lines, and saves a draft or confirmed order. Confirmed orders feed home dashboards, analytics, and line registers, and sales booking can be saved offline and synced later.

Features

• Book an order

  The booker asks for a retailer, then item lines with quantity, rate, and discount, and saves the order. Manufacturer, distributor, and sales roles each have a book-order screen.

• Retailers

  Manufacturer admins keep the shop list, with area and sub area, phone, and active or inactive status. The list can be searched and exported to CSV, Excel, or PDF.

• Analytics

  Analytics totals confirmed orders for a chosen period in Asia/Kolkata and ranks distributors, salesmen, parties, areas, and items. The same home also has a Reports register with order, retailer, area, item, day, and month views.
